URLTA

Although Kentucky has adopted the Uniform Residential Landlord Tenant Act (URLTA), it has left it up to local governments to adopt it in their locality. Thus, the Warren County Bowling Green area has not adopted this law. What this means is that the lease is a very important legal document for local renters. This is why it is so important for renters to read and understand the lease. Fortunately, there is a new resource that help you interpret the lease and know your rights; the Barren River Area Renters' Handbook.

It is the goal of Sustainnovators LLC to be compliant with URLTA, although we are not legally bound to do so. As of this writing (4/19/2014), we are evaluating our policies and working to bring them in compliance with URLTA. We believe that being in compliance with URLTA will allow us to give our better rental experience, and allow us to bring a higher value experience to our clients.
