1033 Elm is a furnished duplex home just right for short term stays. We have two apartments ready for those who want to rent for at least 30 days. Apartment A has a kitchen, one bedroom and one bathroom. Apartment B has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and bathroom and a living room with at TV, sofa and desk. All utilities are paid, and WIFI is included.

If you rent directly from us, we offer a discount over the rates on the airbnb listing. Email us at applications@sustainnovators.com for a rate quote. Let us know if you have pets, as we do charge pet rent.
* We do offer the option of paying weekly. The weekly rate is 25% of the monthly rate. First week's rent and deposit due before occupancy.
** During Social Distancing due to COVID-19, only one resident at a time is allowed to use the laundry room.
