How to apply

• Applicant does a self-assessment
• Applicant obtains a rental quote by emailing applications@sustainnovators.com
• Landlord informs applicant if they are eligible for further consideration.
• Applicants who are eligible submit to background and credit check at www.smartmove.com. Fee is non-refundable ~$40.00 per lease signer and co-signer.
• Landlord notifies applicant if selected.
• Accepted applicants sign contract, and provide Security deposit, and first rent. Once funds clear the bank, home is reserved to applicant.
• Yearly leases only: Applicant contacts Utility providers. Service must be transferred by lease start date.
